The cooking class activity here in Casina Miregia has as its primary objective, that of creating an approach that allows the customer to interact with what our land and our vegetable garden produce, all in a concept where hospitality and Sicilianness they allow the customer to live and perceive as if he had never left home, in a friendly context. In particular, the training activity will involve various moments, from the selection in the field of the product ready for harvesting, all directly at km0, up to its preparation in the kitchen, where our Chef will make them rediscover step by step the recipes of a time, combining tradition and typicality, in an innovative context.
